Description

Tattoo design done for a client, they wanted a moogle with a top hat & monocle with a filigree frame around it. Based it off of the moogle from the Final Fantasy XIII series. I really hope my client likes it, kupo! 
Lines done using Adobe Illustrator CS5.1 and colours done using Adobe Photoshop CS5.1.
